Hello, I am Brad Herrick, founder of Surge. I created my agency in 2007 after years of frustration on the client side managing a myriad of agencies - consultants, branding firms, niche digital shops, and assorted production companies. Consultants theorized plans that couldn't be implemented. Branding firms could never fully articulate how effective identity and messaging platforms contributed to growth. And niche agencies would never get the big picture.
So I create a digital-savvy agency that would fit the needs of clients, beginning with strategy and ending with deployment of that strategy across multiple channels to achieve measurable growth goals.
My passion is to work with start-up companies, or companies who think like start-ups, in the health and human services industries. My clients include health systems, health tech companies, commercial labs, bio-tech companies, life sciences companies, SDoH companies, and even cannabis dispensaries.
