EPSS is a leading staffing solution partner for hospitals and health systems that optimizes patient access to Emergency Care, Urgent Care and Inpatient Hospitalist Services with the right professionals, processes and expertise. 

The Challenge


EPPS had a poor online presence – an old site that wasn’t mobile optimized, lacked basic SEO features and had no social media engagement. While EPSS did not have a large budget, they needed a partner that could build out a new website and develop a digital savvy lead generation strategy that their internal team could inherit.

Our Response

Surge Health developed a website for EPSS at a fraction of the cost of larger agencies and developed an in-depth digital marketing plan that included: customer persona development,  SEO, content marketing, and email marketing. We then trained EPSS’ internal team on the website content management system, social media and content marketing to enable them to execute the plan.


The Results


EPSS has a dramatically improved website that meets its brand guidelines and provides a foundation for its lead generation efforts. EPSS is now achieving its goals for new physician recruits and new client engagements and has a team that is more capable of executing a robust digital marketing plan that meets its budget .
