The Company

 

INTEGRIS Health is the state’s largest Oklahoma-owned health system and one of the state’s largest private employees (nearly 10,000 employees statewide), with hospitals, rehabilitation centers, physician clinics, mental health facilities, fitness centers, independent living centers and home health agencies throughout much of the state. Corporate headquarters are located on the campus of INTEGRIS Baptist Medical Center in Oklahoma City.

The Challenge

INTEGRIS Health’s flagship hospital, INTEGRIS Baptist Medical Center in Oklahoma City, has established a reputation for the most innovative care in the state, however, one of its cultural centerpiece’s, its Heritage Room, was sorely out of date. The space was blocked off from the public, dark, and did not reflect INTEGRIS’ brand or recent historic accomplishments.

 

Our Response

Surge Health designed and executed an extreme make-over of the space that engaged co-workers and patients. The effort also involved a renewed discovery process of the organization’s history, which was brought to life with interactive iPad stations, a model replica of the hospital campus and new video content that reflected INTEGRIS innovation. 

 

The Results

 

INTEGRIS now has a branded space that celebrates the history and culture of one of the most innovative health systems in Oklahoma. In addition, the INTEGRIS Baptist Medical Center Heritage Room has generated hundreds of visitors a day to the interactive stations and is also used for training and new employee tours.
