Sendouts was a Software as a Service (SaaS) platform that provided a customer relationship management solution for the recruiting industry. The company was primary targeting small, independent recruiters, and recruiting agencies.

The Challenge


Sendouts’ customer base had been growing steadily, however, its brand and positioning was lagging far behind the energy of its leadership and vibrancy of its employees. Sendouts needed clarity and direction in establishing a brand and marketing strategy that both reflected its culture and led to measurable results. In addition, Sendouts had no PR strategy that engaged the recruiting community.

Sendouts established one of the most recognized brands in the industry and more than doubled its customer base. The multi-year engagement created a solid marketing foundation for Sendouts, enabling the software company to eventually be acquired by Bullhorn, one of its primary competitors.
